Description

4 hours; 4 credits. The legal and judicial landmarks, social policies, and technological advances that affect schools and their diverse populations are analyzed. Seventeen hours of fieldwork (13 observational, 4 intermediate) are spent in varied education environments examining the relationship between theory and practice. (LA&S). Prerequisite: MTH 217/SLS 217, EDE 260, EDE 301.
